About Victoria

I understand how exhausting it can be when your nervous system is on high alert, leaving you in a state of survival rather than ease. This not only disrupts our relating with others, but also how we feel about ourselves internally. I integrate body-based practices and experiential methods like EMDR, and skill based approaches like ACT, DBT and CBT to help you process difficult emotions and create space for new patterns of connection, confidence, and clarity. I also offer the Gottman Method approach to couples therapy, to get your relationship out of a holding pattern of stuckness, and moving toward harmony together. We'll explore your experiences gently, giving your mind and body the time they need to move toward a state of balance and growth.

Through this process, we will also explore your deeper sense of purpose, guiding you toward a more meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you.
