Q: Do you offer a free consultation call?
Yes! Click the “Book a Consult” button below to schedule your complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with the therapist of your choice.
Q: How long are sessions?
A: Sessions are 50 minutes in length. At times, you and your therapist may decide it’s best to experience shorter or longer sessions. This can be discussed as you go.
Q: Do you offer sliding scale fees?
A: Yes, sliding scale fees are available upon request. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Q: Where are you located?
We provide in-person sessions at the Healing Studio on the Danforth, in North Riverdale, nestled in Toronto’s vibrant East York community. Online sessions happen securely via our client portal, or via phone call.
Q: What types of insurance do you accept?
A: Detailed receipts provided for insurance reimbursement. Most major insurance companies cover Master of Social Work and Registered Social Workers (MSW/RSW) as part of their packages. Contact yours to ensure yours fits the bill.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards and etransfer payments.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
48-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 48-hour notice for cancellations. A full session fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
