Siobhan is not taking on new clients at the moment, but do get in touch. We’d be happy to recommend another therapist on our experienced team.

About Siobhan
Many people come to therapy carrying experiences that continue to shape how they relate to themselves and others. You may notice patterns in your relationships, emotions, or reactions that feel difficult to understand or change. Therapy can be a place to make sense of these patterns and begin relating to yourself with greater understanding and compassion.
I take an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I believe many struggles with relationships, emotional regulation, and self-worth are shaped by early experiences and the ways we learn to adapt to stress and trauma.
I offer in-person therapy in Vaughan and online therapy for clients across Ontario, and I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and patterns that feel difficult to shift on their own.
In our work together, I integrate several therapeutic approaches including EMDR therapy, Narrative Therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I’m particularly interested in helping clients understand how trauma and attachment experiences live in both the mind and body, while supporting the development of greater self-compassion, emotional regulation, and more fulfilling relationships.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel deeply heard, respected, and supported as you move toward healing, resilience, and a stronger sense of agency and self-trust.
