About Cassandra

I believe therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and feel more equipped to handle what life throws your way. My approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centred, while also being practical. I want you to leave sessions with a clearer understanding of what you’re experiencing and concrete tools you can use in your everyday life.

I work primarily with teens and young adults, particularly those navigating the anxiety, stress, and identity shifts that can come with growing up, starting school or a career, changing relationships, or figuring out what you want for your life. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, burnout, and relationship concerns.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I also draw from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll identify what you want to change, build practical skills to help you manage what’s getting in the way, and work toward feeling more confident in your choices and direction.

I offer in-person therapy in Vaughan (Woodbridge) and virtual therapy across Ontario. If you’re curious about working together, book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
