Helps individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, and ADHD using mindfulness, ACT, and CBT. In person Wednesdays; virtual throughout the week.

Rachel Shen, MSW Intern

Assists clients navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions with warmth and curiosity. Integrates CBT and skill-building with exploration of attachment and identity.

Zahra Ahmed, RSW

Helps clients improve anxiety, attachment patterns and self-connection with practical CBT and DBT, and body awareness. Online; evenings and weekends.

Jackie Tanner, RSW

Works in person and online with individuals and couples with chronic stress, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues. Blends CBT and solution-focused strategies.

Cassandra Candido, BASc,

Clinic Coordinator. As your first point of contact, she is your go-to support for intake, admin support, and helping new clients match with their best therapist fit.

Helps with anxiety, OCD, and perinatal mental health challenges. Uses attachment, trauma-informed, and cognitive approaches. Virtual; weekdays and evenings.
